How to Return Your Device
Contact Support
Email us at support@applepalace.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Get Your RMA Number
We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Ship Your Device.
Pack your device securely with all original accessories. For warranty claims, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection & Assessment.
Our technicians will inspect your device within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Resolution.
Based on assessment, we'll repair, replace, or refund your device. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
What You Need to Know!
6-Month Warranty
All devices include a CPA warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via your original payment method.
